LABOUR AND THE PLAGUE THREAT AGAINST THE UK POPULACE

Southport author and environmental campaigner. Pat Regan. asks...
"Swine Flu threats today – but what’s next?"
Is the UK Waste Collection farce set to prove that the prudent Victorians were correct with their instigation of weekly waste collections to protect public health?
Many years ago the Public Health Act decreed that 7 day frequency of waste collection was essential. This was to disrupt the life cycle of the housefly and combat rat infestation, thereby containing deadly diseases. Once-a-week-household rubbish collections became law in 1875 to stamp out cholera and other plagues which claimed huge numbers of lives. They went unchallenged until after Labour's 1997 election victory.
However, far grimmer perils have visited humanity in the past.
“The 14th century brought with it the horrors of the ‘BLACK DEATH’. It was also known as the ‘Great Pestilence’ or simply the Pestilence. It is estimated that approximately 100,000 people perished in London alone following just one visitation of the dreaded plague. Conservative studies reckoned that between 3,000,000 to 5,000,000 (which were twixt one third to one half of the total populace) victims fell under the grip of the pestilence. Further a field misery was incredible. In China 13,000,000 died whilst an estimated 24,000,000 perished throughout the Eastern continent as a whole. “

Have Labour any feasible concern about the ramifications behind their ludicrous waste collection policy?
Our ancestors clearly had more common sense than today’s pro- Alternate Weekly Collection (AWC) council officers and the foolish political puppets that support their dreadfully unsanitary fortnightly waste policy. Swine Flu has recently made the headline but another potentially worse public health threat is waiting in the wings for the right moment to strike. Yes, our children especially are always susceptible to disease and infection. They also like to play in grimy places that we wish they would not. With the increase in rat population since Labour brought in fortnightly waste collections the dangers are now greater than ever. Rats are becoming immune to warfarin and new plague virus strains have already been discovered in some rats.
The crazy UK Government are placing this country at risk of a new pestilence and even talking about utilising MONTHLY collections next. Fife residents are apparently being used as Guinea pigs in this instance regardless of claims that such a stupid move will spread disease.

We are being ruled by autocratic buffoons in grey suits.
Gordon Brown, and his tin-pot cohorts behind the waste collection fiasco, must go before they kill us all!
One can only warn!
